Sunday, August 9, 2009. I put together some random thoughts. and here they are, in a poem sort of way. I found an old rugged road,. On it I passed some cherryplum trees,. And grass so tall it was up to my knees. I picked and ate the cherryplums, till I was quite full to the brim. I caught a glance of the sun rays still lighting the top of a hill. My curious mind raced, and I carefully got through the barbwire fence.

Lo primero que hicimos fue rescatar todo cuanto pudiera sernos útil del barco, al que habíamos asegurado mediante unos cabos amarrados a los árboles cercanos a la orilla. Con toldos y palos levantamos unas tiendas que nos valdrían como refugio para las noches, nos las ingeniamos para instalar una especie de cocina de campaña, excavamos letrinas y acondicionamos la zona del manantial para aprovisionarnos de agua y asearnos.
